Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest tracking page to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all journals, pens, or accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
